    Meet Trinette Mitchell 

    Energy Healer

    I'm an energy healer dedicated to helping you find balance and wholeness in your life. My own journey into energy healing began in 2015, sparked by a desire to understand the intricate energy systems within us, particularly the chakras. This led me to pursue a 200-hour yoga teacher training, which served as a foundational stepping stone.

     

    As I delved deeper, I felt a profound pull towards more direct energy work. In 2021, I became attuned to Reiki, further expanding my understanding and ability to work with subtle energies. Most recently, I had the privilege of studying Awakening Prana, energy healing, with Annie Bond, which truly cemented my path.

    For many years, I navigated a demanding and rewarding career in clinical research while integrating energy healing practices into my daily life to maintain my own health and work-life balance. Then, in 2025, I made the decision to dedicate myself full-time to supporting others on their healing journeys.

    Today, I weave together a tapestry of modalities including energy healing, meditation, sound, and the sacred elements to create a unique and powerful experience. My passion is to empower you to tap into your innate wisdom and find equilibrium amidst life's challenges. I would be honored to support you on your journey to wholeness.
